Sunday, October 16 2022     As my English Teacher at school recommended and challenged us to join the activity in Generation Global site (https://generation.global/), I have made an account and did the activity since about a month a go (September). After finished the prologue topic about dialogue, I can choose what topic I want to learn first from about 13 topics. I have chosen my first topic to learn, which is  Culture, Beliefs and Values one. Today, in Sunday, October 16, 2022, I finished my first topic, yeay! So, I will continue my journey and choose... Education as my second topic. Before that, I want to tell what I have learn from my first topic.      As it title, the topic is talking about Culture, Beliefs, and Values from many country, especially in how we reacted to the others and how dialogue plays a role in the confluence of two different cultures, beliefs, and values.      Today, my teacher gave my class a video-material about breakfast in many countries. Then, we must work in group to present a menu of breakfast from one country. I was included to group 8 with my friends, Reuben and Robby. At first, we had chosen to present a breakfast from Mexico, chillaquiles, but it had been taken by other group (group 5), so we must change our choice. Finally, we chose to present Calentado from Colombia.     Calentado is a breakfast menu from Colombia that has a sentimental history. In the past, people in Colombia live in poverty. Because they had very little quantity of food, they would not waste any food.  Even the leftovers of the night are warmed up for breakfast. Columbians didn't erase what they did in the past although now their condition are better.
